Modern Roof Protection provides a warranty for your roofing system. We take care of the repair or replacement of roofing leaks, including the repair and replacement of the following items over the occupied living area: flashing (including chimney flashing), shake, shingle, and composition roof leaks.

This includes leaks which: (a) occur over the occupied living are of the main dwelling (excluding detached garages), (b) become inoperative from normal usage (normal wear- and-tear) after the effective date of this residential service contract, and (c) are not covered by a manufacturer, distributor, builder, extended warranty, or homeowner’s insurance policy.
