1. What is a service call fee?
This is the fee paid to the service technician at the time of the appointment to inspect the roofing leak.

2. How is it determined if a leak is covered or not?
In general coverage is limited to roof leaks caused by normal wear and tear and limited to the terms of the Roofing Service Agreement.

3. What pre-existing conditions are covered under our service agreement?
Your coverage includes roofing leaks that pre-existed the coverage period if they are not detectable by visual inspection or a simple test subject to the limits and terms of the Roofing Service Agreement.
