First, you'll schedule a consultation with us (you can do that right here) to determine the current condition of your roofing system and we'll determine if you're a candidate for coverage. We cover most types of single-family residences (including, condos, town homes, and manufactured housing) less than 5,000 square feet Once approved, you're covered for a five year period.

That's when you can go ahead and forget about your roof forever -- we'll take care of the repair or replacement of roofing leaks including the repair and replacement of the following items over the occupied living area: flashing (including chimney flashing), shake, shingle, and composition roof leaks.

When you've got a leak in your roof, we'll send out one of our trusted roofing field agents to repair roofing leaks which: (a) occur over the occupied living are of the main dwelling (excluding detached garages), (b) become inoperative from normal usage (normal wear- and-tear) after the effective date of this residential service contract, and (c) are not covered by a manufacturer, distributor, builder, extended warranty, or homeowner’s insurance policy.

We have a simple, no-hassle cost structure. If your property is:

• 999 square feet and below, your warranty price is $750.
• 1,000 to 1,750 square feet, your warranty price is $899.
• 1,751 to 2,250 square feet, your warranty price is $999.
• 3,000 to 5,000 square feet, your warranty price is $1,299.
